Yuzu brings its distinctive combination of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit-like citrus, while Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops pile on another layer of tropical fruit, citrus and aromatic intensity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe malt bill of Pilsner, wheat and CaraBlond keeps things light while providing enough body to carry the fruit and hops. At 29 IBUs, there's a proper IPA bitterness on the finish without overwhelming the yuzu.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe brewery describes it as the product of putting its former head brewer and current brewer together and apparently allowing them to argue until beer happened.
