At Mothercity Liquor, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If there’s an issue with your product, we’re here to assist you.

 

Refunds:

If there is something wrong with your product, we will gladly issue a full refund of 100% of your purchase amount. To process this, please reach out to us at info@mothercityliquor.co.za as soon as possible, and we will guide you through the refund process.

Order Cancellations:
 If you need to cancel your order, simply email us at info@mothercityliquor.co.za, and we’ll assist you with the cancellation process. Please note, cancellations will incur a small fee of 10%, which covers the transaction fees we incur for processing each order. If your order has already been shipped, please be aware that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Consignment Orders:

We do not offer consignment stock or consignment deals.

 

 

Returns:

If you find that there is an issue with your product, you are eligible to return it to us. Here’s how you can initiate the return:

  1. Email us at info@mothercityliquor.co.za to notify us of your intent to return the product. We will then guide you through the process.

  2. Our returns policy is valid for 7 working days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 working days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • Customized Orders: We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for goods ordered specifically for weddings, events, or any customized products. These orders are made to meet your specific requirements, so please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us before placing your order, and our team will assist you in making the best selection.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Sale or Special Offer Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or as part of a special offer cannot be refunded.
