We Ship Nationwide(South Africa) as well as Internationally.

SA Shipping Rates:

Delivery in Cape Town takes 1 - 3 Working Days on average, if you're lucky delivery occurs same day.

For Main Centre's(outside of Cape Town) Shipping usually takes between 2 - 5 Working Days on average.

For Outlying areas shipping can take a tad bit longer depending on where our courier depots are situated.

There may be delays in shipping and delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, protests road closures etc. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your orders, situations beyond our control may impact the delivery process.

In case of such events causing delays, we will do our best to promptly inform our customers of any changes in delivery timelines through email and/or phone. We advise our customers to keep a keen eye on their tracking number for up-to-date information on the status of their delivery.

International Shipping:

International Shipping usually takes us between 5 to 9 working days, but we do experience the occasional delay. Once a  parcel arrives in your country excise duties and taxes are payable before the release of your order by the local customs offices.

International Shipping rates are dependent on weight and the country being shipped to.

We make use of secure 3rd party payment gateways. No payment details are stored on our systems.

At checkout you will have the option of paying via Paygate or PayJustNow, both channels accept VISA & Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards.

If you have any trouble completing payment online please email info@mothercityliquor.co.za and we will assist with payment options.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

- If there is something wrong with your product we will refund the full 100% back to you. Refunds are processed once the product is physically back at out warehouse.

- If you placed an order and would like to cancel you can email info@mothercityliquor.co.za and we will assist with the cancellation process. Cancellations have a small fee of 10% due to the transaction fees we incur on each order.

Yes, Collection will appear as an option at checkout.

Our core business and main focus is still on deliveries, so collections take between 1 and 2 days for us to pick, pack and prepare. Once the order is ready for collection you will receive a notification.

Collection times are between 9am - 5pm(Mondays to Fridays). We are closed on Weekends and public holidays.

Our shipping rates are based on the products in your cart as well as your exact delivery address.

We opt to give transparent shipping options at checkout pulled directly from our courier integration so that shipping fees are as fair and transparent as possible, we do not add any shipping fees into our product pricing and we do not benefit or profit from the shipping fees offered.
