Terms and Conditions: Tanqueray Fieldbar Competition

1. Eligibility: The Tanqueray Fieldbar Competition ("Competition") is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mothercity Liquor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on 1 May 2024 and ends on 31 May 2024 ("Competition Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must purchase a bottle of Tanqueray 10 from Mothercity Liquor during the Competition Period. Only purchases made during the Competition Period are eligible for entry. Each purchase of Tanqueray 10 constitutes one entry into the Competition.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The winner will receive a Tanqueray Fieldbar and the rest of the Tanqueray range, including Tanqueray Original, Tanqueray Royale, and Tanqueray Sevilla, all in 750ml bottles. The total prize value is subject to change based on the current retail prices of the products at the time of prize fulfillment.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Mothercity Liquor within 7 working days following the end of the Competition Period. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 working days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 3 working days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Delivery: The winner must provide a valid delivery address within South Africa for the prize to be shipped. Failure to provide a valid delivery address may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Stock Availability: Prize fulfillment is subject to availability. The Competition is valid while stocks last of the Tanqueray 10. Mothercity Liquor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

8. General Conditions: By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Mothercity Liquor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The decisions of Mothercity Liquor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

9. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Mothercity Liquor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By participating in the Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Mothercity Liquor, which are final and binding in all respects.
