We Ship Nationwide!

Delivery in Cape Town takes 1 - 3 Working Days, if you're lucky delivery occurs same day.

For Main Centre's(outside of Cape Town) Shipping takes 2 - 4 Working Days on average. Shipping can take longer due to  certain stock or special requests. 

For Outlying areas shipping takes 3 - 5 Working Days on average. Shipping can take longer due to  certain stock or special requests.

We make use of two secure 3rd party payment gateways. No payment details are stored on our systems.

At checkout you will have the option of paying via Peach Payments or Payflex, both channels accept VISA & Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards.

If you have any trouble completing payment online please email info@mothercityliquor.co.za and we will assist with payment options.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

- If there is something wrong with your product we will refund the full 100% back to you and cover the cost of returning the product to us. Refunds are processed once the product is physically back at out warehouse.

- If you placed an order and would like to cancel you can email info@mothercityliquor.co.za and we will assist with the cancellation process. Cancellations have a small fee of 5% due to the transaction fees we incur on each order.

Yes! We have a collection point in Cape Town only.

At checkout you can select collection and collect at The Burner Restaurant in Century City, Cape Town.

We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. If you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible:

1. Use email address info@mothercityliquor.co.za
2. Write the subject as 'Changes'.
3. Include your order number.
4. Include the desired changes.

All you need to do is click the Red icon on the bottom left of the page, sign in and click on ways to redeem. You can then choose how many points you want to redeem & a code will be generated for you to use at checkout to that value.

Shipping is free for all orders over R1500, provided that the total weight is under 25KGs.

If your order value is under R1500, the following shipping costs apply:

Cape Town(Within 20KMs of CBD) - R60

Anywhere out of Cape Town  - R150

*If your order's weight is over 25KG's a surcharge might apply, we will contact you to let you know before any additional charges are made.
