Ledaig 18 Year Old is a masterful aged expression of the distillery’s robust peated style. Distilled at the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, this single malt is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks, adding depth and richness to its maritime, smoky core. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, it is a whisky of remarkable complexity — balancing earthy smoke with sherry-sweet elegance.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep amber with copper highlights.
Nose: Rich and complex, with aromas of dark chocolate, burnt orange, roasted nuts, dried fruits, earthy peat smoke, coastal brine, and polished leather.
Palate: Full-bodied and luxurious. Flavours of smoked dates, raisins, caramelised figs, sea salt, charred oak, black pepper, and sweet malt unfold with superb balance. The sherry finish lends a luscious dried fruit and nutty character, perfectly integrated with the whisky’s signature coastal peat.
Finish: Long, warming, and layered, with lingering notes of sherried fruit, bonfire smoke, salted caramel, and oak spice.
Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its rich complexity and refined smoke. A few drops of water can unlock further layers of fruit and spice. A superb after-dinner dram, perfect with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or as a contemplative sip by the fire.

Orders outside of Cape Town but within SA are generally delivered within 2-5 working days. If you require expedited delivery, please feel free to contact us for a quote on Overnight Delivery, which typically takes 1-3 working days, depending on your area.
While we strive for timely deliveries, there are occasional instances where delays may occur. These are rare but can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Rates:
At checkout, you will be presented with delivery options and corresponding rates. These rates are provided directly by our courier partners and are displayed as is. On rare occasions, a courier may generate an incorrect delivery rate due to issues with the address recognition. In such cases, we will arrange for an alternative courier to deliver your order at a similar rate to the original cost.
We believe in offering transparency in our delivery fees and, as such, do not include any delivery costs in our product pricing. We do not profit from delivery fees.

Regular notifications will be sent and on the day of delivery the couriers will notify you via sms, call or email .
