Bottled at 53.8% cask strength, with natural colour and without chill filtration, it offers a distinctively savoury, maritime intensity layered with Manzanilla’s trademark dryness and complexity.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Savoury and nutty, with aromas of honey-roasted nuts, sea salt, gentle caramel, praline, raisin bread, and subtle citrus zest by the seaside.
Palate: Rich and chewy, the palate balances dried stone and red fruit with marine freshness, earthiness, hints of green tea/herbal undertones, bitter coffee, and dark chocolate. A restrained spice adds complexity.
Finish: Endlessly long and evolving, featuring toasted nuts, ash-kissed peat, salted caramel, orange blossom, and lingering seaside salinity . Both bold and soothing, it caps an extraordinary tasting experience.

Orders outside of Cape Town but within SA are generally delivered within 2-5 working days. While we strive for timely deliveries, there are occasional instances where delays may occur. These are rare but can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Rates:

On rare occasions, a courier may generate an incorrect delivery rate due to issues with the address recognition.
