It's very smooth and leaves no after taste in your mouth. Enjoy with ice cubes, it gives you no hangover the following day. Would highly recommend if you have a get together with friends and family.

I fell in love with Blanc de Blanc whilst working in France and it has been my mission to find as many great versions of this varietal wherever I am in the world. Foundation Stone have crafted a very good Blanc de Blanc at an incredible price. Crisp, refreshing, not too dry, a very good nose and very easy drinking. We have opened bottles with friends and they have been surprised and impressed by it!
