1. Collection Notification
Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will send you a notification via email to inform you that your order is ready for pick-up at our warehouse.
2. Holding Period
We will hold your order for a maximum of 30 days from the date the collection notification is sent to you. During this period, you may collect your order at any time during our warehouse operating hours (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm excluding public holidays).
3. Uncollected Orders
If you do not collect your order within the 30-day holding period, the order will be deemed abandoned.
Once the order is considered abandoned:
Your order will be removed from our collections.
No refunds will be provided for abandoned orders.
4. Reminders
We may send reminders during the 30-day holding period to ensure that you are informed and reminded about the status of your order.
5. Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Mothercity Liquor and opting for warehouse collection, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. If you have any concerns or require an extension on your collection time, please contact us as soon as possible.
